Solixync accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 25MB each. For best results with background removal, we recommend PNG or high-quality JPG files. Images should be at least 1000px on the shortest side; larger is better for high-quality exports.

Exports are delivered as JPG files optimized for each marketplace. If you need transparent backgrounds (PNG), you can export just the background-removed version without platform-specific resizing.

Most individual images are processed in under 10 seconds. Batch processing time depends on the number of images: a batch of 20 images typically completes in 2-3 minutes. Unlimited plan users receive priority processing for faster queue times during busy periods.

Yes. Your images are processed securely and are only accessible to you. We don’t share your photos with other users, use them for marketing, or display them publicly. Your product images are your business assets, and we treat them that way.

No. We do not use your uploaded images to train our AI models. Your product photos are processed, stored temporarily (7 days), and then automatically deleted. Your images are yours alone.

Original uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing is complete. Processed images (exports) are stored for 7 days so you can re-download them if needed. After 7 days, all images are permanently deleted from our servers.

All payments are processed through Paddle, a certified Level 1 PCI Service Provider—the highest security level available. We never see or store your full credit card number. The connection between your browser and our servers is encrypted with SSL/TLS.
